Wish the Blog would Write Itself
It’s so easy to get caught up in my life’s natural drama, I sometimes forget to keep the blog going. And forgetting things is dangerous.
And I’m afraid it may get worse once I start publishing. I’ve got an insane slate next year. Amid all the sound and fury of putting out my first book, I may end up forgetting a post here and there.
It’s not that I don’t love you.
Don’t Tune Out
But I also have a few important blog projects coming up, and those will also need my attention. I have not yet written my multi-part post summarizing my study of iconography. That is going to be HUGE, and possibly a game changer for a lot of writers.
I’ve also got more Hints incoming. Not to mention a metric ton of progress reports as I actually launch my book.
In the meantime, I’m sharing a lot of links to this blog’s greatest hits on Twitter. Some of my best stuff is just waiting to be rediscovered.
I’ve also got a little more time during the week to get posts written. Much as I would wish this blog would write itself, I am going to make an effort to deliver a few blockbusters.
It will be worth the wait, and I thank you for waiting.
